This article takes you to know another important part of the selection of ton bag, that is, the introduction of the material inlet and outlet. The styles of the material inlet are various. For different goods, different filling machines and unloading methods, the required material inlet and outlet of bags are also very different.

Open-top bag is the simplest of several bags, which is often used to fill sand. There is no discharge port, and it is usually a disposable bag. When using materials, it is usually lifted by forklift and cut through the bottom of the bag for discharging.

The bag with cover cloth is based on the open pocket. One edge of the cover cloth is sewed on the bag, and the opposite edge is sewed with lace. When the material is filled, the cover cloth can reduce the influence of rain on the material. It is usually a disposable bag, and the unloading method is the same as that of an open-top bag.

The spout is divided into filling-spout and discharging spout. The size of the filling spout is preferably the same as or slightly larger than that of the filling machine. When in use, the  filling spout just wraps the filling port, which can greatly reduce the waste of goods. The size of the discharge spout can be customized according to the requirements, and most of the discharge ports are consistent with the size of the filling spout. When discharging, the discharge can be carried out by unfastening the tie of the discharge port.

The pattern of the trousers spout is as shown in the figure. When the trousers spout below the bag is filled with materials, it will protect the discharge port, greatly reducing the risk of wear and leakage of the discharge port.

When filling a bag with a skirt spout, it is convenient to fill it because the length and width of the skirt spout are consistent with the size of the bag. The height of the skirt spout depends on the length and width of the bag itself, because it is necessary to ensure that the skirt can be tied up, and the short skirt will bring the risk of material leakage.
