When selecting FIBC bags, not only the choice of bag types is complex and diverse, but also the classification of suspenders is very detailed. At present, the common slings on the market can be roughly divided into three types: cross-angle slings, welt slings and bottom slings. Among them, the technology of cross-angle sling can be subdivided into turnover and non-turnover cross-angle sling; Bottom straps can be subdivided into tic-tac-toe straps and cross straps. In addition to the above classification, slings can also be divided into PP and PE slings according to raw materials. The types of suspenders are so complicated, what is the difference between them? The following article will give you the answer.
Cross-angle sling is usually matched with cylindrical cloth, and the bottom of the sling is sewn in the double warp zone, so that the strength will be enhanced. Some four-sided bags will also adopt the design of cross-angle sling. There are two kinds of techniques for the cross-angle sling, namely turning over and not turning over, and whether to turn over or not mainly depends on the lifting method. If it is directly hung on the forklift, it is best to turn over the sling, so that the bag can be better fixed and the shaking of the bag can be reduced during lifting.
The welt strap is close to the four corners of the bag, and the bottom of the strap is generally long and short, which can be used with four-sided bags and U-shaped bags. The shape is as follows.
The shape design of the bottom sling makes it the biggest load-bearing sling in the sling, which is divided into tic-tac-toe sling and cross sling.
The tic-tac-toe sling crosses at the bottom of the bag to form a shape similar to the tic-tac-toe shape, and the upper part of the bag adopts the cross angle style. The sling completely wraps the bag, and when sewing, the sling uses a complete belt with no breakpoint in the middle, which can greatly improve the load-bearing and safety factor of the bag.
Cross suspenders cross at the bottom, and the top can be a corner or a welt, which is composed of two or four complete straps. The number of straps depends on whether there is a material opening at the bottom of the bag. The bottom of the suspenders with a material opening will be connected by ropes, which not only ensures the load-bearing of the bag, but also ensures that the material opening is fully unfolded, which will not cause any influence on the material discharge.
At present, there are two mainstream sling materials in the market: PP and PE.
PP sling is also called soft silk sling or ordinary sling, and its main material is polypropylene, which has strong toughness and meets the sling strength required by most load-bearing.
PE sling is also called hard wire sling or Japanese sling, and its main material is polyethylene, which has great strength and is suitable for bags with high load-bearing and high safety factor.
The above is part of the introduction about the sling of tonnage bag. I will bring the introduction of tonnage bag mouth in the next article, so please look forward to it.
